Pratt Regional Medical Center is a progressive
medical center serving south central Kansas and
the panhandle of Oklahoma.
Located at 802 W. Broadway in Stafford, Kansas, Farmer Clinic is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 8:30 a.m. to noon on Saturdays. Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins with urgent care needs will be accommodated. Dr. Fredrick J. Farmer, III, D.O., A.M.E., specializing in family practice, aviation medicine, and wilderness medicine, is the second generation to operate the practice started in 1935. Farmer Clinic is also staffed with a physician assistant, a full-time registered nurse and an x-ray and laboratory technician. Call (620) 234-6826 for an appointment. Farmer Clinic services include: family practice, routine exams, school/sports physicals, pap smears, urgent care for illness and injury, laboratory services, referrals to specialty physicians, influenza and pneumonia vaccinations, administration of injectable allergy medications. As one of the area`s few aviation medicine specialists, Dr. Farmer also provides pilots with annual physicals required to retain their licenses.
