Understanding Your Bill
As of January 15, 2003, all statements from PRMC have a new look. This new form is more legible and contains space for credit card information as payment. With this new format, PRMC will mail statements every Friday.
PRMC mails patient billing statements every Friday. While statements are printed and mailed by our computer company, CPSI, the patient account staff at PRMC is responsible for reviewing and approving accounts prior to generating a statement. These new statements reflect PRMC’s commitment to saving on costs while continuing to improve our quality of services.
