Hospital Portal Access

Patients of the hospital can access the portal with Thrive Patient Portal

This allows patients to:

  • Access health care records for all of your hospital visits in one place 
  • Review your lab and test results 
  • Send your information to a provider if they have a direct, secure messaging address

An in-person visit to PRMC is required, or you may fill out an authorization form including a copy of a photo ID to sign up. A printable .pdf version of the authorization form can be found here. Please contact Health Information Management at 620-450-1129 or toll free at 888-900-PRMC (7762), option #4 for help signing up.

If you requested access while you were visiting, you will need to accept the invitation you received in your email. The link below is access only for patients who already have a username and password and have been through the set up process.
