Resident Testimonials
“I want to Thank You All for taking good care of my Dad! While in Pratt visiting my folks, families & friends, it was a pleasure to have come in contact with each of you! You all have shown your care & compassion, not only to my Dad but all other patients as well! I know in my heart & soul, my Dad (Raymond) adores & appreciates each & every one! Kudos to all of you! Again, Thank You!!!”
With Appreciation!

“Since you have started the new menus, the food has been great! Sometimes when they offer desserts, I just think, ‘This is amazing!’ Some of the people working here are darn good. When I see them coming, I get a twinkle in my eye. They are that good.”

Susan Sanders
LTC Support Employee of the Month
July 2010
|
This award is presented to Susan Sanders for selection as: LTC Support Employee of the Month—July 2010. Susan has distinguished herself as a critical member of the long term care team whose flexibility and customer service attitude ranks as among the very best. She eagerly takes on new challenges as we attend to every resident or family concern, question or complaint. Because of her vast experience, Susan is the person almost everyone turns to for answers.
Susan pays particular attention to resident requests as evidenced by her figuring a way to take residents on a weekly outing to Wal-Mart. She provides a steady influence on the organization. Susan answers all kinds of questions about rooms, rates, bills and insurance. She has the thankless task of managing resident’s personal funds—she shops and pays their bills. When we attempted the “walk to dine” program and needed all hands on deck, Susan was there to lead by example. When she is transporting residents to doctor’s appointments the journey seems to always go off without a hitch or complaint.
Susan Sanders serves as a terrific role model for all who promote “Person Centered Care” and strive to be the very best! Her attention to detail, high standards of quality, honesty, understanding of the frail elderly, professional approach in communicating with aggravated families and desire to be “Simply the Best,” brings great credit to herself and contributes to the evolving tradition of excellence at Pratt Rehabilitation and Residence Center.
Awarded this 9th Day of July, 2010.
