“I want to Thank You All for taking good care of my Dad! While in Pratt visiting my folks, families & friends, it was a pleasure to have come in contact with each of you! You all have shown your care & compassion, not only to my Dad but all other patients as well! I know in my heart & soul, my Dad (Raymond) adores & appreciates each & every one! Kudos to all of you! Again, Thank You!!!”
With Appreciation!

“Since you have started the new menus, the food has been great! Sometimes when they offer desserts, I just think, ‘This is amazing!’ Some of the people working here are darn good. When I see them coming, I get a twinkle in my eye. They are that good.”

Niccole Zollinger, CMA
Nursing Employee of the Month
June 2010
|
TThis award is presented to Nicki Zollinger, CMA, for selection as:
Long Term Care Unit Nursing Employee of the Month—June 2010. Nicki has distinguished herself as a critical member of the long term care team. She is equally effective and willing to work any shift at a moment’s notice. On several occasions she has volunteered to work double shifts to insure adequate staffing to meet the health care needs of the residents. Nicki has a calm, quiet, self assured demeanor that inspires confidence and trust in those for whom she cares. It does not take long for one to see that she is a self starter and seizes the initiative.
Nicki is always on the alert for problems that need attention. She has good insight into subtle changes in residents’ conditions and can recommend or implement intervention as appropriate. She pays particular attention to the management of pain. Importantly for team members, residents and families, her positive mental attitude never changes. Her ability to get uncooperative residents to participate in their care is exemplary.
Nicki Zollinger serves as a superior role model for all medication aides who promote “Person Centered Care” and strive to be the very best! She is thorough, compassionate and always willing to help team members. Nicki’s attention to detail and desire to be “Simply the Best” brings great credit to herself, all certified medication aides and contributes significantly to the growing reputation of excellence at Pratt Rehabilitation and Residence Center.
Awarded this 11th Day of June, 2010.
