Pratt Rehabilitation & Residence Center is an adult health care residence offering "New Options for Living." Located on the campus of Pratt Regional Medical Center, PRRC is a 51-bed facility owned by Pratt County and managed by PRMC, Inc.

  • Resident choice in activities
  • Restaurant style meals with at least two choices, each meal, and expanded meal times
  • Medicaid-certified long-term care

Who’s Involved In Providing Care for Me?

Our dedicated team of health care providers is directed by an administrator, a medical director and a director of nursing. Team members include registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, a speech-language pathologist, dietitians, certified nurse assistants, social workers, restorative aides and an activity director, as well as laundry, dietary, maintenance and housekeeping staff.

Yes. We encourage you and/or a family member to visit us. Call (620) 672-3424 to schedule a visit, or stop by anytime.

Will My Individual Needs Be Met?

Upon admission, each person is carefully evaluated and a complete care program is designed to meet his or her medical, social, dietary, emotional and rehabilitation therapy needs. We encourage independence.

Our private and semiprivate rooms provide privacy when desired. Residents are encouraged to bring personal items, such as a favorite chair, to make your room your home.

Our commons areas promote friendly socializing and we encourage personal interests and hobbies.

Pratt Rehabilitation & Residence Center, a department of Pratt Regional Medical Center, offers short or long-term residential nursing care. Our goal is to assist each resident in attaining the highest possible quality of physical and emotional well-being.

Services are enhanced by the Rehabilitation & Residence Center`s location on the campus of Pratt Regional Medical Center. Residents may quickly access the Medical Center for any needed care.

Pratt Rehabilitation & Residence Center is fully licensed by The Kansas Department of Health and Environment and is Medicaid certified. It is owned by Pratt County and managed by PRMC, Inc.
