Welcome to Pratt Rehabilitation and Residence Center (PRRC)! It is my pleasure to introduce you to an exciting option for high quality rehabilitation and senior living services. We are a long term care unit that provides exceptional service in a home-like setting. At PRRC, you will find the extensive rehabilitation and special assistance you may need, plus all the privacy and independence you still want. Our caring and qualified staff members provide “Simply the Best Service” for adults and promote a sense of greater individual freedom, peace of mind and well-being.
The team at PRRC is dedicated to meeting the physical health, spiritual, social and emotional needs of the residents. We encourage all residents to be as independent as possible, to maintain community contacts, to continue the pursuit of lifelong skills and interests whether the resident is here for a short rehabilitation stay or here for long term care. Rehabilitation services and activities are provided to maintain or improve the capabilities of each resident, with an emphasis on personal interests and activities.
This information has been developed to provide you with some understanding about PRRC and its operations. Pratt Rehabilitation and Residence Center offers a more intense regimen and higher level of care such as greater physician involvement and therapy time, as well as increased availability of laboratory services and pharmacy consultation. In addition, services are enhanced by the Rehabilitation & Residence Center`s location on the campus of Pratt Regional Medical Center.
Residents may quickly and easily access the Medical Center for any new emergency or follow-up care.

- Skilled Rehabilitation therapies (physical, occupational and speech therapy)
- Skilled Nursing and Restorative nursing services
- Respite care (planned stay of less than 30 days)
- Long term care
- Private and companion (semi-private) rooms
- Restaurant style meals with menu choices, therapeutic diets and expanded meal times
- Nutrition counseling by Registered Dietitian
- Podiatry clinic
- Psychiatrist consultation
- Medicare and Medicaid certified
- 24-hour nursing care licensed by KDHE
- Planned group and individual activities
- Transportation arranged
- Social services
 Our private and companion (semi-private) rooms provide privacy when desired. Residents are encouraged to bring personal items, such as a favorite chair, to make your room your home. Our commons areas promote friendly socializing. We encourage personal interests and hobbies.
Pratt Rehabilitation & Residence Center, a department of Pratt Regional Medical Center, offers short or long-term residential nursing care. Our goal is to assist each resident in attaining the highest possible quality of physical and emotional well-being.
