January
16, 2007 - Pratt Regional Medical Center is pleased
to introduce Renae Kersenbrock as the new administrator
at Pratt Rehabilitation & Residence Center. Kersenbrock is
new to the Pratt community, but not to rural Kansas.
“I’ve lived the majority of my life
in northwest Kansas, and the last three years in
Newton,” Kersenbrock said. Kersenbrock has
worked in long-term care for eight years, and received
her administrator’s license three years ago.
“I believe my love for the elderly stems from
knowing all my grandparents and great-grandparents.”
Kersenbrock
completed her Bachelor’s Degree from Fort
Hays State University, and is currently pursuing
her Master’s Degree in Human Resource, also
from Fort Hays State University.
Pratt
Rehabilitation & Residence Center is currently
undergoing change, and Renae is optimistic about
the future. “I believe PRRC has great potential.
I am looking forward to working with the staff,
and I am anxious to get acquainted with the Pratt
community,” she said.
Kersenbrock
has been married to her husband, Dwayne, for 28
years. They have two grown children who are both
in college. Kersenbrock enjoys the outdoors, photography,
music, walking and spending time with family and
their dog, Izzy.
