At PRRC, our dietary department consists of a dietary manager, cooks and dietary aides. Our dietary manager works with a consulting dietitian to provide residents with meals that are healthy and delicious. We also work with each resident`s physician to provide them the best diet for their needs.

With each meal, we offer residents restaurant style meals with at least two choices, each meal, and expanded meal times We also offer residents the option to dine in either the main dining area or in their room.

Throughout the year, we bring residents and staff together for special meals where the menu consists of potluck or barbecue.
