South Central Kansas Bone and Joint Center can use a mobile telehealth platform that keeps your information secure while allowing you to visit your doctor right from your own home or anywhere! As long as you have a mobile phone that has video and audio capabilities, you or your provider may request a telehealth visit. Please call the office and schedule as usual (or for appointments already scheduled, the office may be contacting you to switch to a telehealth visit). We will walk you through the steps to get the process started.

The South Central Kansas Bone & Joint Center specializes in the diagnosis and medical and surgical treatment of orthopaedic and podiatric disorders. Care for arthritis-related diseases is delivered by physicians and staff who treat patients with the highest quality, professional care.

Our Staff

Ian S. Kovach, M.D., Ph.D., orthopedic surgeon, specializes in general orthopedics, surgical treatment of arthritis, joint reconstruction and total joint replacement including revisions and complex primaries.

Alexander B. Neel, M.D., orthopedic surgeon, specializes in sports medicine, general orthopedics, arthroscopy and total joint replacement.

Jaya Shanmugam M.D., orthopedic surgeon, specializes in sports medicine, general orthopedics, and pediatric orthopedics.

Scott Gordon, D.P.M., foot and ankle surgeon, specializes in reconstruction, trauma, rearfoot and ankle surgery, diabetic limb salvage and total ankle arthroplasty and arthroscopy.
