The primary objective of Pratt Medical Center's Physical Therapy Department is to promote optimum human health and function for the residents of South Central Kansas.

The PRMC Physical Therapy Department is a key component of the health care team with specially trained personnel who are responsible for improving movement and function, relieving pain and expanding the patient`s movement potential. Evaluation and treatment are available by physician referral for inpatients, outpatients, skilled nursing patients and home health patients.

Evaluation and Individualized Treatment Programs

The physical therapist will first test and measure the function of musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiovascular systems and treat physical problems caused by illness or injury.
