Patient Experience Surveys

One of the ways PRMC collects feedback is through our partnership with Press Ganey and Associates who specialize in conducting patient experience surveys.  The survey includes questions about how patients feel about their treatment and about their interaction with health professionals, including nurses.  If you receive a call from our friends at Press Ganey asking to speak with you about your recent hospital stay, we hope that you will take the time to participate and give us your feedback.
